GENERAL EVENT FAQ

Is this event rain or shine?

Yes!  The show goes on regardless of the weather.

Is the event all ages?

Yes!  Bring the whole family. Everyone will have a great time!

Is the event pet friendly?

Yes!  Your friendly fur babies are welcome in all areas except the main covered arena (concert and bull riding area). Please remember to follow the leash laws in the Town of Queen Creek.

Is reentry allowed in ticketed portions of the event?

Yes! You will receive a wristband when you enter and this will get you back in the arena.

Where is the lost and found?

If you lose something, check the show office or the concession stand.

Does the event and it’s vendors take cash/card?

You can use cash or card almost everywhere in the event!  The few exceptions are the carriage rides (cash/venmo/zelle only) and the Kids Burley Train (cash only).

Also, parking is card only and paid to the parking attendant onsite.

What is the smoking policy at the venue?

All buildings at HPEC are considered smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings in designated areas of the park. Please be courteous and do not smoke near crowds of people, especially children.

Smoking and open flames of all kinds are not permitted in the parking lot due to safety concerns because it is built over the old landfill.

  • Outside Food, Drinks or Alcohol
  • Fireworks
  • Laser Pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Glass Bottles or Personal Coolers (unless camping)
  • Off Leash Animals

Firearms

Firearms may not be carried on HPEC grounds except under the following conditions:
1) open/visible carry by professional security staff licensed by DPS to carry firearms and under contract to operate at Horseshoe Harvest Hangout, or
2) private citizens in possession of a current Arizona Concealed Carry Weapons Permit (CWPU, ie CCW) may carry concealed weapons only, ie. no open carry of firearms.
Under no circumstances can a person carry or consume alcohol while in possession of a firearm.

Parking FAQ

Is there a fee to park?

Yes, parking is $20 per day.

How do I pay for parking?

All parking is paid onsite and is cashless.

Where is handicap parking?

All handicap parking is in the front of the park by the front gate. (see map)

There is NO off-site parking available and any cars parked along Riggs Road, in the residential areas South of Riggs or in the areas East of the park (e.g. QC Gardens) WILL BE TOWED. Tow trucks will be on duty in the area.

TICKETING FAQ

What portions of the event require a ticket?

The main covered arena (Arena 1) during roughstock rodeo and concerts is the only area of the event that requires a ticket to enter. The rest of the facility is free to enter!

Where do I buy tickets?

Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets are not refundable or transferable.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available online, at any time. If you show up at the event and need a ticket, visit our ticket sales website, horseshoeharvest.bammtickets.com

What is the re-entry policy?

You will receive a wristband and stamp upon arrival to the main covered arena. These will get you back in all evening!

Can I upgrade my ticket?

No, tickets may not be upgraded. You must either purchase general admission OR Suite tickets.

HEALTH & ACCESSIBILITY

Is the event wheelchair friendly?

Yes! The event venue is wheelchair friendly. In the main covered arena, there are a limited number of handicap seating areas that are on a first come, first serve basis. There will be one chair allowed next to each wheelchair. Other members of the party must sit in the surrounding seating.

Where can I find wheelchair accessible restrooms?

The restrooms on the south side of the concession building are wheelchair accessible.
