Media credentials are issued at the discretion of the Horseshoe Harvest Hangout team. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, as access in designated media areas is limited. Approved applicants will receive confirmation and credential pickup details via email prior to the event.

Who Can Apply?

Media credentials are available to working members of the press and content community, including:

• Photographers
• Videographers
• Broadcasters
• Print & digital journalists
• Digital creators & influencers

Access Levels

There are two levels of media access available. You will indicate your requested level as part of the application. All approvals are at the discretion of the Horseshoe Harvest Hangout media team.

Level 1 — General Event Access
Access to spectator and festival areas throughout the event for general coverage. This includes the festival grounds, vendor areas, and public-facing event spaces. No special dress code required.

Level 2 — Arena Media Access
Access to designated media areas within or adjacent to Arena 1 for coverage of the roughstock rodeo and Friday night concert. Media approved for Level 2 access must remain in designated media zones at all times. No access to the competition floor, behind the chutes, livestock areas, or any restricted zone is permitted. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all contestant and restricted media areas.

Rules & Guidelines

All credentialed media are expected to follow these guidelines. Credentials may be revoked at any time for non-compliance.

1. All approved media must comply with Horseshoe Harvest Hangout safety guidelines and staff direction at all times.
2. Media must not obstruct contestants, livestock, officials, staff, or spectators at any point during the event.
3. Credentials are non-transferable and must be worn and visible at all times while on-site.
4. Content captured at the event may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Horseshoe Harvest Hangout.
5. Live streaming of any concert performances is not permitted without prior written approval from Horseshoe Harvest Hangout and individual artist management.
6. Drone photography and video are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by Horseshoe Harvest Hangout management prior to the event.
7. Horseshoe Harvest Hangout reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at the sole discretion of the media team.
