We’re teaming up with Mesa RV to make your festival weekend easier than ever!
Mesa RV offers fully equipped RV rentals that will be delivered directly to the festival, set up for you, and picked up when it’s over. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the fun!
It’s the ultimate no-stress way to stay on-site and soak up every minute of the action. Whether you’re coming with friends or the whole family, there’s an RV to fit your crew.
Check-in is between 9 am and 10:30 am. Check out is 9 am.
We highly suggest arriving within the check-in window. Once event traffic begins, pulling RV’s to the back lot becomes very difficult and time consuming.
You can check-in as early as 7:30 am on Friday. We will not be able to accommodate early check-in on Saturday or Sunday as spots will be filled until 9 am each morning.
Enter at the west entrance of the park off Riggs Rd. Head north to the very back where staff will meet you to direct you to your space.
No, the gates do not close.
There will be room for one vehicle per spot. Additional vehicles must park in the paid parking area.
Yes, RV rental is through Mesa RV and campsite rental is through Horseshoe Harvest Festival and must be reserved on this page.
Not a problem! Spots must be reserved with Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre for days other than the festival weekend. You can book online on the Town of Queen Creek website for all days outside of Friday morning – Monday morning.
Due to the limited number of spaces, all reservations are non-refundable.
Yes! Bring your friendly fur babies to enjoy the weekend! Please remember to keep your pet leashed at all times and properly dispose of any related waste.
Quiet hours in the town of Queen Creek are between 10 pm and 6 am. There is a neighborhood just behind the RV area and we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors as well as your RV neighbors.
