What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is between 9 am and 10:30 am. Check out is 9 am.
What happens if I arrive later than the check-in window?
We highly suggest arriving within the check-in window. Once event traffic begins, pulling RV’s to the back lot becomes very difficult and time consuming.
Is early check-in available?
You can check-in as early as 7:30 am on Friday. We will not be able to accommodate early check-in on Saturday or Sunday as spots will be filled until 9 am each morning.
Upon arrival, where should we go?
Enter at the west entrance of the park off Riggs Rd. Head north to the very back where staff will meet you to direct you to your space.
Do the gates to the park close overnight?
No, the gates do not close.
If we bring an extra vehicle, where can we park it?
There will be room for one vehicle per spot. Additional vehicles must park in the paid parking area.
Want to stay longer than Friday – Monday?
Not a problem! Spots must be reserved with Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre for days other than the festival weekend. You can book online on the Town of Queen Creek website for all days outside of Friday morning – Monday morning.
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the limited number of spaces, all reservations are non-refundable.
Is the event pet friendly?
Yes! Bring your friendly fur babies to enjoy the weekend! Please remember to keep your pet leashed at all times and properly dispose of any related waste.
Are there quiet times for the camping area?
Quiet hours in the town of Queen Creek are between 10 pm and 6 am. There is a neighborhood just behind the RV area and we ask that you be respectful of our neighbors as well as your RV neighbors.
Are there restroom and shower facilities onsite?
Yes! There are restrooms and showers available. See the map at the top of this page for their location.
